Mr Goh was appointed to the Board on 1 May 2023 and sits on the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee .
Mr Goh is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Scorpio Electric, a Singapore’s first electric motorcycle company. Since becoming CEO in August 2022, Mr Goh has had over 10 years of experience in the automotive and finance industries. During his career at Scorpio Electric, he has held leadership roles across Scorpio Electric’s businesses. Before being appointed CEO, he was the Deputy CEO and Director, overseeing all of Scorpio Electric’s operational businesses. He also spearheaded the firm’s direction and capital management, which he carried into his position as CEO.
In addition to his involvement with Scorpio Electric, Mr Goh is also an executive director at EVI Electric since 2021, a B2B electric mobility energy platform incubator; Prosper Auto in 2021, a Lamborghini vehicle dealer in Indonesia; JES Auto from 2019; and a former General Distributor of Jeep vehicles in Indonesia. From 2017 to 2019, he was an assistant manager at EuroAutomobile responsible for the overall operations management and business development and a former General Distributor of Alfa Romeo vehicles in Singapore, and then as a director from 2021.
Prior to 2017, Mr Goh was an associate at nTan Corporate Advisory, where he was involved in corporate advisory, restructuring and judicial management projects of companies in the oil and gas, building, infrastructure, and utilities sectors. He also served as an Analyst at Catpital, a private equity fund, where he performed pre-deal evaluations and supported fundraising campaigns.
Mr Goh holds a double major degree from Monash University, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
